Jared has been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu over 20 years and is currently a fourth degree black belt in BJJ. He is one of the most decorated competitors to come out of the Philadelphia area . He is a certified black belt instructor under the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF). Jared holds such titles as 2014 PanAms Champion, IBJJF 3x No-GI champion, 6x IBJJF NY Open Champion, 3x Fight 2 Win Pro champion, Kasai Pro Super Fight Champion and many more IBJJF, local, regional and international titles that he has earned over the last fifteen years competiting as a black belt. Jared remains on the mat every day instructing his students on how to become the best they can be on and off the mats. Jared's passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is unmistakable and you can also see that attribute inside of his students.
Wilson Reis is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Roberto Godoi. Wilson Reis moved to Philadelphia from Sau Paulo, Brazil nearly ten years ago to teach and train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at BJJ United. Along the way Wilson has won many Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu titles, gi and no-gi but over the last few years he has focused all of this efforts on his mixed martial arts career with the dream of one day reaching the UFC. In September 2013 Wilson realized his dream by making his debut and earning his first victory in the UFC. Wilson continues to teach and train at BJJ United with all the students on a daily basis.
After exploring various martial arts throughout his childhood and early twenties Justin decided to seriously take up Muay Thai. Justin made his first trip to Thailand in January 2006 where he met decorated Muay Thai and K1 fighter Sinbi Taewoong who took Justin under his wing. Since then Justin has returned to Thailand once a year to train with Sinbi Taewoong. Justin currently is the head Muay Thai coach at BJJ United.
